This year's profits will go to the existing Methven House.
There are seven beautiful properties to visit, including a lunch stop with entertainment, plant stall, raffles, The Rollin Pedlar (ice-creams).

We will be holding our next Trustee meeting on Thursday 29th July, 7pm at Crossroads Conference Room, Methven.
This meeting is open to any members of the community who would like to come along and share their ideas for our next steps.

House and Garden Tour 2020

This is a fundraiser for the Methven Care Trust to raise money for a purpose built aged care facility to replace the existing Methven House. 2020 Spring Ball
Date: Saturday 17th October
This is a fundraiser for the Methven Care Trust to raise money for a purpose built aged care facility to replace the existing Methven House. "Assembly Required" will be playing. Supper provided, cash and eftpos bar available.

2020 Methven & Foothills House & Garden Tour
Date: Saturday 28th November
This is an annual fundraiser for the Methven Care Trust to raise money for a purpose built aged care facility to replace the existing Methven House. Tour will include properties within the Methven township & district and local districts. Optional Lunch, Devonshire tea and raffles can be purchased along the way, will be a fabulous day out, perfect to organise a group of friends and enjoy a day out and about!

Bark up at the Blue

Our local Methven Young Farmers Club are excited to be bringing a new event to Methven.
Everyone is welcome, including the family dog, or if you don't have one, borrow one or even dress up as one!!!
Registration is on the day from 6 - 7pm, entry is $20 which includes a singlet with $5 of every entry being donated to Methven Care Trust.
There are categories for best farm dog, best non farm dog, best dressed dog and a section for kids 13 and under. Some great prizes to be won thanks to many local generous sponsors.
Methven Community Christmas Carols

Montrose Estate, located up the picturesque Rakaia Gorge is opening its gates to provide a unique fundraising experience for us. Come join us on Sunday 23rd July to witness the release of thousands of salmon smolt which only happens once a year, providing the perfect opportunity to get up close and check it out.
There will be a sausage sizzle on site and a scenic 5km drive on farm tracks included in the overall experience. Entry is only $20 per vehicle, please note that this is not suitable for low clearance vehicles.

Drop in to meet staff and residents and learn more about Methven's community-run rest home.
TUESDAY 11th APRIL, 10.00am to 12.00pm and 1.00pm to 3.00pm.
Musical interludes provided by local schools and pre-schools, all welcome.
